Gigafast keeps dropping
For the past week, my internet keeps dropping after 2-3 minutes of connecting. I have to continually restart the router. The online tests keep saying that there's no issue, yet it keeps dropping. I have to go through myrouter.io, and it says that the connection from the control panel to my home has an issue. The router periodically shows a red light. The ONT box has green lights. This happens even when I am sitting next to the router.

Re: Gigafast keeps dropping
Hi @Van85
If the router has a red light this suggests a line problem. Since the online tests are not registering an issue, I will escalate your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum.
