Gigafast full fibre upgrade hasn’t made any difference to the speed.
Hi,
Yesterday, I upgraded to gigafast WiFi. I noticed my download speed remains the same, and my ping is still about 30ms on all my games.
Even my sky app shows no progress to WiFi speed, it has been average of 400b/s the last 30 days, two of which had the upgrade.
any advice would be appreciated thank you 🫡

@Bradazz When did sky say they would apply the change, sometimes it is just not an instant here you go you have it! Look on the service checker again to see jump to the 900Mb/s range!

Hi,
I understand, it's just that I was notified yesterday that it was already activated and running.
Being said for the past hour I have had 700mb/s, however Sky service checker says there is a problem with the WiFi.
It can't find anything wrong with it when I press the fix button.

@Bradazz Expand the broadband look at the wireless devices and see what one has the issue!
