Ghost order

My services were due to be activated on 20/11/2025 which didn’t happen. I called sky on 21/11/2025 and was advised that 4 minutes after taking out the order on 07/11/2025 the account was cancelled and became a ghost order and an account of no return.
I have made numerous phone calls and many hours trying to get this resolved, past to numerous departments. 5 attempts sent to the CRF/back office/complex provision team to canx this order all being rejected.

 

No one will allow me to speak to anyone senior, promised scheduled call backs which don't happen, except I'll get a text saying "still waiting confirmation".

No-one is taking accountability  for this issue and I am being told sky doesn’t know when this will get resolved whilst still raising further CRF request which no doubt will get rejected. This internal process obviously is floored and needs reviewing.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and been able to get a resolution? if so, what did you/sky do?

 

I have also raised a complaint and still no further forward.
