Sky boost

WiFi cuts out - rang sky told me to turn all off and they would ring back in 1 hour and talk me through switching it on. 
never rang back - never credited £20 they promised,  tried to sell my sky max instead of fixing my sky boost.  Argued that sky boost guarantees WiFi in every room - disgusting way to treat customer and thennnit

Wow - Sky  just rang and immediately hung up - text to say for me to contact them because they know I can't go direct to Josh (the guy who lied to me) listen to recording - still no £20 and still WiFi issues - sky don't care about customer loyalty - DISGRACEFUL

Broadband Boost is now a legacy product: WiFi Max is the current one (and the Max hardware is several years more recent)

 

Note that neither Broadband Boost or WiFi Max actually guarantees wireless coverage: the 'guarantee' is of a small refund if the quoted speed isn't achieved once booster hardware is in place.
