Getting help and speaking with someone
I have issues with my connection in the rear of the house but I cannot get hold of anyone to ask for support to order a extender or purchase an additional hub connection.

Re: Getting help and speaking with someone
@Huw1977 you can talk to an agent by calling Sky (if you have a phone connected to your Sky Talk line dial 150 for a free call) but you need to stay on the line and mnot accept help, from the bot. However you can add Sky's WiFi Max package by using the My Sky app while thst wont get you an extender immeadiatly it is a necessary first step. See https://www.sky.com/broadband/wifi-max
