Getting cut off on phone line when I call to cancel sky cinema

I have been trying to get through to the Sky phone line tonight, for in excess of 40 minites.  I have been connnected on 2 occasions, and on each occasion I have been cut off after telling the Sky advisor why I am calling. 

 

I simply want to be able to cancel my sky cinema which was added as a 2 month trial freebie which i no longer want.  Do i really have to wait in a phone queue for this - is there a way, that I havent been able to find, that I can do this online.  Seems a waste of everyones time having to ring to sort this out.

Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to a phone number. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one).
UK customer ~ it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling or writing in.
