Find out more@Stuart123__ read the guarantee carefully https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee as it doesnt allow you to switch unless Sky cannot provide the guaranteed speed to the hub. Speeds at your device are not covered and frequently low speeds are down to poor WiFi in your home.
