Gavin
We have been sent a new router as the speak we are getting is not at the advertised speed. I have just installed this as per your instructions and we are still not getting the full speed. I have gone through the trouble shooting guide a couple of times to check all set up.

Re: Gavin
We were told 400 and we are at about 95. I have tested on your site a few times and done the extra checks.

Re: Gavin
@Gavin60 Are you running the speed tests over wifi or ethernet connected devices?

Re: Gavin
@Gavin60 Just so you know, while you contact the Forum you are NOT talking to sky personel, we are all customers just like you.
400 Mb/s is not a sky speed, so will assume you are on sky FF500 package with a proposed min off the 400Mb/s, with the speed test you are doing, is it wireless, What sky Router do you have or any other booster's etc, DO you have the ability to Ethernet connect a device to the router and speed test or are you a mobile only?
