Sky max hub

My old sky hub would reach the garden, the sky max doesn't. Any suggestions on how to improve the reach of this hub? Really want to go back to the old one!!

Call sky and ask about  a sky max booster pod they will advise  you  about this, have you run a service  check  on your  broadband  through  the my sky app ? and what speed  should  you be getting  ?

They will probably advise that the 'guarantees' specifically exclude outside spaces such as gardens.
