Gas boiler broadband connection failed , but sky check says connection is fine

I have a viessman boiler controlled via app. It says I have no connection for the last 2 days but when I do the sky fault checker it says everything is OK. This happens every now and again and usually resolves after a few hours , but this has been going om for over 48 hours now help
