Hello I was wondering what I can do I am currently wanting to move back to a family members house and use my existing WiFi in my garden room the only thing is the house already has a different provider of WiFi for the house. Am I able to have 2 different WIFIs at the same house and if so can I get a ONT Box For my garden room installed?

In theory, yes.  In practice it's really important that the new ISP is clear that this is an additional circuit and not a 'switch'

That requires FTTP to be available in the area, and typically an ONT will be located next to an existing one rather than a different location.

So I can ask for another ont box to be put into then run a long either cord out to the garden room so I can have the router in the room
