Microsoft 365

I work from home (IT Support) and for the last 4-6 weeks around 10am, 2pm and 4pm, all Microsoft 365 apps stop working on my laptop. I'm connected via WiFi. Outlook stops loading emails and gives me 'your request can't be completed right now'. I can't access any other 365 apps on the web when it happens (SharePoint, to-do etc.). All other websites work perfectly fine, proving I still have internet access. 

I can ping the router, office.com & my work email server when this is happening. It happens when I'm disconnected from VPN so that points towards an issue in my house. It's a 365 account so there's no physical server at work, everything is cloud-based. 

The router logs don't show anything out of the ordinary around the time it happens. Other devices on WiFi continue working absolutely fine. 

Router has been rebooted, laptop rebooted, no one else in my workplace has issues. All I can literally do when it happens is wait 10-20 minutes and it sorts itself out but it's rather annoying! 

Anything else I can try?
