Gaming network issues

Hi there recently acquired sky broadband which it says is good for streaming and gaming. I am having a very hard time gaming it keeps saying during gaming network issues detected and is constantly freezing and jumping. TV streaming is fine but gaming is impossible is there a way to fix this as I have tried all things. Could really do with help on this as its ridiculous to claim the broadband is good for gaming when it's not. Thanks.

@Chris295  How are you connected to gaming on your network are you doing this via ethernet cable or by Wi-Fi?

@Chris295  From the router stats you posted it looks like you had a drop around 19 hours and 11 minutes before this.

The gaming has never worked from the day I got the broadband so it's not just happened I don't know what the problem is it weird. Thanks.
