Full fibre upgrade now no wifi and internet drops out

We ve had full fibre installed and now the wifi pod won't connect its not even allowing me to add any devices in my sky as it says were disconnect ... shocking and I was trying to work from home today

@Lisak66 is there a light showing on the pod? If there is it has lost connection to the hub try moving to a power socket closer to the hub. Extendrscneed a good signal from the hub to work so should be installed halfway between where you nedd the boost and the hub. Also I know it sounds stupid check noone has switched off the socket the pod is in - its happened begore.

thanks for this .  apparently the problem is that sky need to update my account to "activated" as i cant add the Wifi pod as a dvice until they do this and it will take 48 hours apparently..which will be 96 hours since it was installed....not very good at all

@Lisak66 yup Sky are pretty good at shooting themselves in the foot.
