Full fibre jitter
Ever since moving to full fibre I've noticed streaming of programs or films often has jitter where the picture will break up.
can anyone tell me how this can be resolved?

Re: Full fibre jitter
Hello @P.D.C
Is your cable between your Router & ONT in good condition? And is it the cable openreach provided? Try using a different ethernet cable between your ONT & Router, then a new cable between the device your performing the speedtest & the router. Just to test whether its the hardware in the house or a wider infrastructure issues!

Re: Full fibre jitter
Could you create a thinkbroadband bqm using your public ipv4 address and post it here later on this afternoon..
I too am getting large blocks of pixellated and broken up screen and when i check my bqm it tends to happen during ping spikes/packet bursts and it never happened on fttc
