Sky Broadband not good after upgrading it buffers and takes forever to load web pages

Since I upgraded my broadband my connection to it has been terrible Amazon Prime buffers on a regular basis and opening web pages will take what seems like a lifetime this never happened before I upgraded to an alleged faster broadband speed.

Just to clarify, is your internet also slow when connected via ethernet?
