Full fibre issues

Hi there

ive just upgraded to full fibre.

im having issues in the speed and latency.

its worse than what I had and need to change it back or understand what the issues are.

 

i work from home and my work calls are now all robotic and i can not follow a conversation at all today. I have done a speed test and it's around 90. Latency 7ms.
