Re: Full fibre installation
The hub should show up prior to the activation date so there is still time for this to be sent.
Openreach or a contractor like MJ Quinn should do all the work on the day.

Re: Full fibre installation
So nobody turned up to do the installation. No open reach or Sky engineers appeared.
Spent ages on the phone to Sky trying to find out why just to get told open reach have a problem.
shockingly poor service as I took time off to be available and wasn't advised by Sky that it was going ahead.
I will cancel the installation if it doesn't go ahead on Monday and go with a local provider.

If Openreach is struggling to connect an optical circuit then you'd need to find an altnet provider which is laying its own infrastructure.
