Full fibre install

Just booked to upgrade broadband to ultrafast, engineer booked for the 17th. Agent on the phone didn't sound overly confident when I asked about the install process. We have a hard wired connection to a PS5 at the moment with having the ONT fitted, will this affect our existing ethernet cable does anyone know ?

@Charll482  Your existing ethernet cable will connect to the hub, the Hub will connect to the ONT, it won't affect your ethernet setup at all.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It depends where you and the engineer agree to have the ont fitted

depending on where this is you may need a longer Ethernet cable but you want know until that happens
