Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PaulfromBrum we have seen other examples of Sky customers on G.Fast not being offered an upgrade to full fibre despite availability. When superusers queried this with Sky we were told it is because their systems simple cannot currently cope with this move and that the only solution is for the customer to move to a different ISP.
Unfortunately it is what it is.
