Problem with Accessing the Internet with 2 existing WiFi Exrenders
After recently having had my Broadband Service upgraded from the now defunct "Copper Wire" service, I am having a problem using 2 existing WiFi Extendeders in my Property.
They are both Netgear made:-
AC 1200 WiFi Range Extender EX6120
AC 3000 DESKTOP EXTENDER EX8000
Which have both worked well in dealing the problem of "Foil Clad Wall Insulation" in my Bungerlow up until the new "Fibre Router" was installed.
Now each are listed as "available" on my list of WiFi hardware connections but do not give an "Internet" service, which is shown as "Unavailable".
According to some advice given on the Internet, the possible most likely cause for this problem, is the Router, which might require a change in the "Settings" on the Router's Control Panel BUT this is one of many possible causes and I need your advice on this matter.
In order to make a start with this, the initial suggestion was to "turn the Router off and on again" and if that did not work, to "Reset to Factory Conditions", both of which I have tried with no success.
Please get back to me with urgent advice on the cure for this problem.

To enable members to give you help can you post some information. First what hub do you have is it the black SR203 or the white Wifi Max model SR213? If you have the SR203 can you post the units connection stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics?
How is the IP addressing set up on the 2 extenders ie do they have fixed IP addresses? If so have you reserved those addresses on your new hub? The most obvious cause would seem to be an IP addressing issue.
