Full fibre activation

Ordered full fibre 500 in November and the installation has been changed twice but now openreach have said they won't be coming until the 21st January. When we rang sky they said it would be live on the same day but order tracking online says "action required,there has been an issue with your order"

You'll need to call Sky again to ascertain what the issue is they're referring to.
