All the wires for broadband and tv are behind a media wall and the only access is the boxes and plugs. If I upgrade to sky full fibre will they need to access the wires? I don't want them messing with the media wall?

@Julie44444 They need access to the sky hub to connect that with an Ethernet cable, so if not available then yes they need to get to it via your media wall!

No, but 'phone' cabling also become obsolete. Full fibre infrastructure typically doesn't end up in the same place as the previous copper circuit.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean? The wires are behind the media wall so I presume the new wire will be there or how else would it get to the box?

Next to the front window then it goes behind the media wall and comes out behind the tv where the sky box and plugs are?

Re: Full fibre 100 internal work
@Julie44444 It's the other way, the sky hub will need to come to the new Fibre ONT, or an Ethernet will require to be run from the position that OR Openreach mounts the new Fibre ONT Modem, to the Port 4 WAN connection off the sky Hub.
Leaving the hub were it is and working is by far the best way to do it, the length off cable required is then all that needs to be purchased by yourself to make that connection between the two devices happen! Take a look at the video's below they are Openenreach but CF CityFibre would be similar!
What to Expect During Your Openreach Full Fibre Installation
