You'll need to contact Sky to find out when your fibre installation is due.

On your Sky Account under your profile will

be 'My Orders' check there.

Usually you will be given a date during the order process.

If you are ordering Full Fibre and you don't currently have an ONT you would have to pick an installation date and time window.

I remember the Internet starting!
