Wifi cutting out since the upgrade

I had my wifi upgragraded around a week ago, there have been 3/4 occusations that I have noticed the wifi stop working. The lights remain green but I am unable to connect. 

 

I tried calling but I can't get through to a human, I just get sent a text to follow a link that I can't go through as there's no wifi. By time I can log on to check broadband and wifi checks in sky then the wifi is working again.

@br-1997 Are you checking by logging onto the sky hub and using the web manager to do so?
