Full Fibre Upgrade link not working

The street had a message on text /whatsapp offering full fibre with no contract change a couple of weeks back.

A neighbour clicked "yes" which triggered an openreach survey.

I clicked "yes" a couple of weeks later and it just made me log in and then said they didnt have anyone available to help.

 

I can do an upgrade via the app but only if I sign a new 2 year contract.

Have they pulled the plug on the offer?

@Paul919 it is probsble you can upgrade but if the on lne link isn't working call Sky as often it requires manual,intervention
