Full Fibre Install - Cable from External Junction Box to ONT

Can anyone assist with the following query:-

In preparation of my full fibre installation, OpenReach have already installed the external junction box. I have a date for the ONT installation which I propose to be in a different location than the external junction box. The install will require a cable to be run externally around my property to a point where a hole is to be drilled to pass through into my property to connect to the ONT.

Is there a standard cable size used to connect the ONT back to the external junction box so that I can plan the cable route.

In addition are there any restrictions on bends?

Many thanks.

The optical pigtail has a robust black sheath over the inner white one and the single strand of glass inside: I'd estimate it's 5mm cable.

Bend radius can't be too abrupt: definitely not a kinked right angle.
