Full Fibre Broadband - Finding Out Installation Date

I am in the process of having a full fibre installtion and want to know how I find out when the next step will be done.   So far I have had the smalll cable put into the house and the small junction box is outside.  Since then Open reach have channelled a cable from the road into the house (but not yet the fibre optic cable which I think sits inside the casing so far laid).  The digging part was done with no notice a few days back when I wasnt in and I want to know when they will return to complete the job as the whole path outside mine and neighbours house has been dug up.   I keep getting mysterious emails from Open Reach apologising for the delay in completing the work, but no contact infomation.  Any ideas anyone?
