Are they listed as having care alarms.. It shouldn't be an issue anymore. There is a pinned post at the top of this forum

@Hunter+M Try using the OR Fibre checker, then have a look at which ISP's are available to supply to the address, same as before postcode then the street home address, also have a check on some off the other web sites for avilability, as an existing sky user really required to go through the upgrade process that requires logon to the account!

No care alarms. And yeah, I know that the call centre/chat agent can only tell me what the system shows. I give no blame to the person I spoke to.

Have you checked it online thru other isps?

Yes, other ISPs are offering full fibre to the address.

@Hunter+M Go order, logon to the account and see what is the max speed that they will allow the upgrade to go to!
