Full Fibre 300 WiFi not up to scratch
I recently had SKY full fibre 300 installed. It should have been a significant improvement on my previous installation. My Open Reach full fibre enters my house upstairs, my router is upstairs & I have a Sky booster approximately half way between upstairs & downstairs. WiFi rarely reaches downstairs & on the odd occasion it does, it cuts out constantly. Any help/advice much appreciated

Re: Full Fibre 300 WiFi not up to scratch
Not all hubs are created equally, by way of strength of the WiFi signal etc.
I am with an ISP who supplies NO equipment, and the quality of my WiFi signal is solely on what I choose to purchase and use.
Suggestion: follow advice for Sky, maybe more boosters, or purchase your own network system which can be used in conjunction with Sky's hub (access point mode with WiFi turn off on the Sky hub) or as a complete replacement of Sky's hub.

@dunne96 Have you tried moving the booster closer to your down stairs area, that may improve the quality and signal, as long as the booster still maintains the signal to the sky Hub upstairs!
