Full Fibre 1.6Gbps

Hi,

Does anyone know why the new Full Fibre 1.6Gbps speed isn't available for existing customers to upgrade to?

Seems a bit strange to me.

Thanks

@Pau4 its a commercial decision probably linked to the cost of paying for a new ONT and hub while the cost of the old equipment has not been covered. However if you are currently on 900Mb/s the increase which on paper looks great in practice is only going to marginally improve your experience as almost everyone only use a fraction of tge bandwidth thry buy.

@Pau4

Historically Sky has released such products to new customers initially, and then widened to current subscribers.
