Frustratingly Poor WiFi Again

I'm on Sky Braodband Ultrafast 1 which is meant to gaurantee 152 Mb/s

I continually have the family complain about poor quality and the number of times the router has to be rebooted.

Just this week I have been running 2 speed tests per day (using a mix of Speed, Ookla or Which) to check download & upload speed. The best has been 51Mb/s Upload and 26Mb/s download (sat 4 feet away from the router). Worst has been 3mb/s upload and 6mb/s download (in another room).

Meanwhile Sky report my performance as the full 152Mb/s every day for the last 30 days!!

I am the only one working from home this week so I would have expected an significant improvement. I am paying approx £155 p/month for my Sky package all of which relies onm Broadband to perform.  I vant keep having to swith off video on Teams calls or not be able to present on Teams. Its a part of my job.

FYI Sky team, my broadband deal expires in 10 days. Why would I consider staying ??

The guarantee on Ultrafast 1 is 100Mbs delivered to the Hub from the internet over optical and ethernet cable.

WiFi from the Hub to client devices is entirely different and not actually guaranteed at all.
