New broadband installation - keeps disconnecting from my devices

Hi - I had Sky fibre broadband installed 2 weeks ago and it keeps disconnecting from devices in my bedroom, saying 'weak signal'. The engineer put the router in my kitchen at the other end of my flat but said that the signal should be fine to reach into all rooms. I can't work like this - I'm losing valuable work time when webinars keep disconnecting constantly. Is there a booster Sky can send me to fix this?

I followed all of the information online as it said it can take 14 days for Sky to optimise the new broadband signal, but it's still a major issue.

@DATSky

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
