@Sonia14 if programming is running normally and only the ads freeze it is unlikely to be down to your broadband so take up wth Freelly. If both ads and programmes freeze it is likely to be poor WiFi connection to the devicecyou are using to stream.

@Sonia14 no its likely to be an issue at Freely's end where the system they use to inject ads isnt working properly.

Which is unrelated to OPs post as they have Freely.
If you are having issue with Glass you need to raise a post within that board rather than adding to an unrelated thread.
