Dear Sky Broadband,
As a Sky Subscriber for over 21 years, I was delighted to receive a leaflet, informing me that I can now receive FTTP. Imagine my disappointment when I contacted your Broadband section to change my contract to the new Ultrafast Plus, only to be told that it wasn't available. The lines and poles have all been upgraded, but apparently BT have not updated their records for other Companies. I fully understand, but today (27/10/22) I received my fourth invitation to accept a product that is still unavailable. Please have a word with your publicity Deptartment or I may be tempted to switch providers.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@lcmjb03 When this happened to myself it did take Sky's database around about 6 weeks to catch up to enable me to order ultrafast at my property. So the flyers are a bit out of sync when they should have been sent out.
