How do I get IP address for this broadband and user name and password to connect 2 hz internet

Chrisee, thank you - i have managed to log in as an admin using your tips, but then dont seem to see the same options you mention that allows me to save a fixed address. i'm not a techie, so might be missing something obvious - any more tips? thanks
