Intermittent short breaks in connection

I'm getting intermittent short breaks in my broadband connection, which I believe is coming from the BT/ Openreach exchange.  The Sky broadband checks don't pick up theses intermittent short interruptions and the MySky App, website and phoneline do everything possible to avoid my being able to report such an issue.  Every road leads back to the website homepage!!!  I would like some genuine assistance to root-cause and fix these periodic, brief, intermittent drops in service.

If the broadband line test as opposed to the service checker hasn't picked up a fault then you will need to call Sky about this.

I'm gonna need to book an engineer, for this fault... been down since early hrs... got no PAN light on, and LOS is red.
