@Richard339 If it's causing you such a problem you may just be best to call them, dial 150 on your landline to connect to sky Customer Service, just listen carefully and NO when directed to the Forum!

Broadband

Broadband keeps dropping. Had issues with sky for a long time. Upgraded and still garbage
