Hello @Mark6540

Thanks for taking the time to join our Community and make your first post! 🥳

If you're looking to find out the IP address of a device which is connected to your Hub, then you can get these details by logging into the Hub admin page at 192.168.0.1 using admin as the username and sky as the password (or your Wi-Fi password). Click on a menu item or the Maintenance tab to prompt the login window. Enter admin for the username and sky for the password (or your default Wi-Fi password (found on the physical sticker on your Sky Hub). Look through the attached devices or connected status list to see the assigned IP addresses.

If you have a Sky Max Hub then you can use the My Sky app your mobile phone or tablet (ensure it is connected to your home Wi-Fi). Then go to the Broadband or Hub section, tap on Connected Devices or My Devices to view the list of active hardware and their details. Then select the specific device to see its assigned local IP address.

Let me know how you get on with this or have any other questions.

Thanks, Jason-

Re: Find Wi-Fi IP address

Thanks Jason. I got into it eventually, just as you outlined. I was looking for a particular device IP address but couldn't see that device named. I narrowed things down to 4 possible IPs, all of which are "unknown" devices. Is there any way of "encouraging" all devices to be known/named/labelled? As a BTW, I'm trying to set up a home energy management system that all links through my Sky Hub. Work is still in progress....

@Mark6540 what a device reports when queried by the hub as its id depends on the device. Some give meaningful names some give something about their wifi stage and some just sulk so you just get unknown.
