Fibre not working
We had fibre installed yesterday and it's not working

Hi had the same but weirdly I can still connect to my old router although it is unplugged and disconnected

@Gary1080 & @Cbroaduk if your new installationsxare not connecting you need to call Sky so they can check what is wrong and get it out right.
