Fibre not working since installed

Sky fibre installed on 4th November.  Didn't work the following day.  Seems to only want to work in the evening (although at less speed than guaranteed). Multiple calls to sky team.  City fibre  booked to come on 8th.  When called to check appointment told this is now cancelled and can't get out until 12th.  This will be one week since intallayion without internet in the daytime. How can I escallate this further and it is apauling service?

There is nothing you can do to get tjem

out further I'm afraid.

 

As you have no working connection you might qualify for compensation credit:

@Lee444 One OP did post that on the CF CityFibre connection and to a sky Hub, not sure which one a full Factory Reset off the sky Hub, kicked it all into life, but if i remember there was NO connection at all until it was done, and it was via a sky CS on a call at the same time?
