Fault light

OpenReach white box shows Fault light and getting Wifi issues. I cannot actually talk to a person as it's all automated and this is not covered in their automated reply! Could someone from Sky please contact me!

@Les+Welling you are not talking to Sky by posting in thecforum. You need to call in do not engage with the bot beyond saying something like need to report broadband fault. Do not accept offerscof textsxetc stay on the line to talk to an agent.
