Loss of Service light is red

No internet connection with loss of service light showing red on the open reach modem

@RichMoss Not a good light to have lit on the ONT, there is no light on the Fibre cable from the Exchange to your home. If it does not self clear you may need to run the service checker later on though, takes time to find and work out if area fault has happened. Linked below for you!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
