Fibre is slow only 15mb/s
Tested my fibre speed is only 15mb/s but am guaranteed 90mb. Can you diagnose and fix. All my video streaming apps are buffering and taking to long to load to play

@Smitty88 the service checker will show thecspeed to your hub if that is below the guarantee then it should provide further help. However with full fibre thst is highly unlikely far more likely is if you are mesuring speeds over WiFi that you are just measuring the soeed of tge WiFi connection in your home which isnt covered by the same guarantee.
Slow wifi is an extremly common issue as wifi speeds depend on the layout and type of construction of your home. If your home has solid internal walls or has multiple floors q5Mb/s in more distant rooms from the hub is quiteca good result. Like many others though you may need more than a single WiFi source. Sky sell an add-on thst can provide up to 2 wifi extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy and use your own wifi kit.
