My broadband is very slow according to ookla etc, buy sky tests say it is fine

My broadband is slow and keeps dropping out. When doing online speed tests with ookla etc it shows between 4 and 6 Mbps. However the Sky tests are showing 45Mbps and everything is fine??

@Royzlob the Sky test measures speeds to the hub shile Ookla measures spedds on the device and records tge slowest part of the connection which commonly is thecwifi speed in your home. Wifi signals are affected bybthe layout of your home and the type of construction if you live in a housecwith solid internal walls then spedds will,drop say 2 roomsxaway from the hub. 

Apart from making sure the hub is out in the open on a surface so tgst its signals are not blocked by radiators etc you may need to getvsomecadditional wifi kit which can comecas part of Sjy'sxadd on pack WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own kit if you prefer.
