Been chasing sky to contact BT about needing permission to work .
I was supposed to hit a email from open reach which has never arrived . Told sky this to inform open reach , open reach continue to send me messages saying waiting for me to respond to the email that has never arrived. Tried calling sky but apparently the department is shut even its opening hours are 9am to 9pm mon to Friday . it's frustrating how bad the service has become especially the customer services , what options do I have ????
