Fibre installed now Wi-Fi not reaching the whole house

Hi,

Just had full fibre installed, resulting in the router being installed at one end of the house, due to location of fibre cable entering the house, engineer advised I would likely have Wi-Fi problems at the opposite end of the house, hey presto I am having flaky Wi-Fi at the other end of the house and can't stream tv via fire stick etc. Orginal router was installed under the stairs in the centre of the house with super fast broadband with no issues.

Don't want to run ugly cables along skirting etc to relocate new router, coupled with the house has a concrete floor so no option to run cables under the floor.

Can Wi-Fi extenders be purchased from sky ? Or is their a recommended 3rd party option I can purchase

Thanks

@Allan67  Is your broadband subscription to broadband Max, this would enable you to get booster pods. You would need to call Sky and request for them to send one out or if you need more than one then an engineer would need to be sent to your property.

If someone has helped give them Like.

I don't have broadband max ☹️.  I assume this will be a monthly fee ? Or is there a sky or 3rd party wifi extender that can be purchased outright ?

thanks
