Fibre installed but phoneline not working

Hi,

We have recently had fullfibre installed and now our phoneline isnt working. We have reset the router and followed all the guides and noted other peoples problems on forums, but it still isnt working. It was last monday it was installed so we have waited longer than the 24hours stated on your website. 

Please could you fault find your end and if not send an engineer to help

Hi

we had same problem and it was the fact that skycouldn't give us ourok old landline number they told me they could but when I reported the phone issue the phone number is visible on the app snd it had changed then our dial tone came back snd we rang new nm from mobile snd it worked there's only two people who ring  on landline so it was no issue but if this had been my Buisness phone it bloody would have been
