Find out more@KT600 if the CCTV is using an ethernet connection the issue is likely to be that you have to open and forward a Firewall port to the camera system to ensble external devices to contact it. Check with your supplier to find which ports they use.
Forwarding ports on the new white Sky Max hub I assume you have is straight forward. Log into the My Sky app go to product settings choose the Sky Max hub click on advanced settings and click on port forwarding. Once on that psge select the cameraxsystem from the device list and add the ports you require and savecthe changes.
If you have a black Sky hub is a bit more complicated so post again if that applies
