Fibre fitted, but the landline still isn't working
Hi, we had fibre installed over 3 weeks ago and the landline hasn't worked since the installation. We have a job raised and we've heard nothing back. I'm paying for landline and not being able to use this service. This needs sorting ASAP.

@Hardie assume you are plugging the phone into the hub rather than the phone socket on the wall?
